When Dawn Cox started at DOCO, one of the things she wanted to teach our disabled was a better way to filter through their emotions.  So she started using the phrase "Lead with Kindness."  Feel any emotion you feel whether it be happy, mad, sad, bored - but let your actions lead with kindness.  We trademarked that very phrase so we could share that life is better and worth treating each other kindly - Lead with Kindness!
